Your Role

You will work in a team with a significant impact on daily operations, leading and distributing tasks that range from monitoring, controlling, and correcting the process to acting in various emerging and sometimes pressured situations. Rotation occurs within the shift team, meaning that work in the plants is combined with control room duties alongside helpful colleagues. You will conduct first-degree inspections and fault reporting, as well as setting and adjusting machines and performing process sampling.

What You Bring

• High school education with passing grades, preferably with a technical focus.
• Good communication, stress, and multitasking abilities
• Process knowledge from LKAB or similar operations is an advantage
• Experience as a control room operator is an advantage
• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, is a requirement
